Holy Juice is a provider of freshly crafted, cold-pressed juices and detox programs delivered in Jerusalem. We offer one-time purchases and subscription-based delivery services. All services are subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You also agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the order or subscription process.
You may place single orders or sign up for a recurring subscription plan (e.g., 6-day or 1-month programs). Subscriptions are prepaid and automatically fulfilled according to the chosen delivery schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorized, or in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Holy Juice currently delivers within Jerusalem. We aim to deliver on time as per the selected schedule; however, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or lack of access, Holy Juice will attempt to contact you. Failed deliveries due to customer error may not be refundable.
Due to the perishable nature of our juices, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your next scheduled delivery. Refunds or credit are granted at our discretion and only under reasonable circumstances, such as product issues or delivery failure due to our error.
Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle. Once a cycle begins, it is non-refundable.
All juices are prepared daily using fresh, natural, and often seasonal ingredients. Ingredients may vary based on availability. We recommend that customers with allergies review ingredient lists carefully and consult with a healthcare professional before starting any detox program. Holy Juice is Mehadrin certified, and we maintain strict preparation standards.
When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempts to disrupt service, breach security, or use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes. All website content, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Holy Juice and may not be copied or used without permission.
Holy Juice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our juices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your doctor before beginning a juice cleanse or detox program, especially if you have health concerns.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jerusalem.
